Mission

Bringing Great Things to the Classroom

We are a legally designated non-profit organization; all donated funds are accounted for separately from the school district and are fully tax deductible.

Currently, our fundraising focuses on technology and literacy programs. We work with GBSD staff and schools to determine which projects or programs need funding. GBEF raises funds through individual gifts, business partnerships, community events, grants, and the Scrip Program.

The Foundation Board is composed of community members who encompass all geographic areas of the district and represent a wide variety of skills, occupations, and backgrounds

Our office is currently located in a building on the campus of Kelly Creek Elementary School and is staffed by a Foundation Director, Victoria Alley.
