The Gresham Barlow Education Foundation is coordinating a city-wide calendar featuring art work from our three area high schools. This 15 month calendar will include area events and will provide an opportunity to highlight young artists.

Each month a student from Gresham, Barlow or Springwater Trail high school will have their artwork displayed through this calendar in homes and businesses in our community. The winning 15 artists will be chosen by a panel and their artwork professionally photographed for the calendar. A portion of the proceeds will be awarded to the artists in the form of scholarships and to the high school's art department.

To celebrate our students and to kick off our Calendar, plan to join us Saturday, October 13, 2007 at Persimmon Country Club for a Gala Celebration, featuring the music of talented pianist Michael Allen Harrison, dessert and drinks. Another highlight of the evening will be the winning student artwork for sale by live and silent auction!
