Giving Clubs

By giving to Gresham-Barlow Education Foundation, donors express their special interest in supporting excellence in education by helping to fulfill the Foundation's mission of funding increased academic opportunities to help students succeed.

Marquee Club

$10,000 and Above
  • Prominent listing in all Phone-A-Thon and other Foundation fundraising events-advertising and publications
  • Gold sponsorship at the annual Foundation Scramble for Students Golf Tournament -$1200 Value-Sole sponsorship at a tee box and four golfers, lunch and dinner for four
  • Four tickets to the annual GBEF Holiday Event
  • Two Gresham-Barlow School District Athletic Passes
  • Two tickets to a spring drama or musical performance at one of the district high schools
  • GBEF Sponsor Plaque
  • GBEF Supporter sticker for your business door or vehicle window

$5,000 - $9,999
  • Prominent listing on all Phone-A-Thon advertising and publications
  • Bronze sponsorship at the annual Foundation Scramble for Students Golf Tournament-$450 value-listing on all tournament carts and one golfer, lunch and dinner
  • Two tickets to the annual GBEF Holiday Event
  • Two Gresham-Barlow School District Athletic Passes
  • Two tickets to a spring drama or musical performance at one of the district high schools
  • GBEF Sponsor Plaque
  • GBEF Supporter sticker for you business door or vehicle window

Members of the Marquee Club also receive all the benefits of membership in the Gresham-Barlow Education Foundation Business Coalition.

Leadership Society

The GBEF Leadership Society consists of Foundation supporters who have given $1,000 or more during the year. Leadership Society membership supports GBSD outreach, grant programs, communications and Foundation operations.

The generosity of Leadership Society members is recognized in several ways, including:
  • A tailgate party prior in their honor prior to the Gresham High School/Sam Barlow High School football game,
  • GBSD Athletic pass
  • Breakfast or lunch with GBSD Superintendent
  • Donor Appreciation memento
  • Listing on the Foundation Tree of Knowledge
  • Recognition in GBSD newsletter and website.
  • Recognition on high school website and in Principal newsletters

Honor Designations:

Marquee Club - $10,000 and above
Chairman's Circle - $5,000 - $9,999
Valedictorian - $2,500 - $4,999
Honor Roll - $1,000 - $2,499
Scholar - $500 - $999
Principal - $250 - $499
Educator - $100 - $249
Friend – up to $99

Gresham-Barlow Education Foundation wishes to provide appropriate recognition and special privileges to all campaign donors for their generous support. All donors are acknowledged in the Foundation's annual report, and all contributions may be tax deductible.

 

 

 Students from Barlow High School release salmon into area streams each year after the Foundation provided funds for an aquarium and other equipment needed for a salmon and trout life cycle education program.
