The Community Effect, the community wide challenge.
The Community Effect is a non-profit community collaboration group founded and funded by a local dentist who’s vision was to create a community wide “week of giving” to benefit local charities in the Gresham area. Uniting business, government, city employees, churches, schools and residents to work as one in support three great Gresham Area Charities.
Gresham Barlow Education Foundation is one of three benefactors of The Community Effect along with My Fathers House and Snow Cap
September 27 – October 1
A Week of Fund Raising Events Benefiting These Charities
Make a Pledge Today and Join in Our Challenge
Donate a percentage of your wages or business revenue for one day during the Community Challenge Week.
Donate gift certificates to your business (or re-gift a gift card given to you) that can be sold at charity auctions,usually at full face value.
Sponsor a fund raising event at your business, church, school or work place during the Community Challenge Week.
